You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
How It Works

- Most defective items: we ship a free replacement — no need to return the faulty unit.
- If you prefer a refund, we refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable
Opened ear tips (hygiene reasons) and items damaged by misuse are not eligible.
